This policy explains when a payment to GP HUBS may be cancelled, replaced, credited or refunded.
Before work begins
You may request cancellation before material fulfilment begins and before a non-recoverable publisher or third-party cost is committed. Any approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
After work begins
Completed work and committed, non-recoverable publisher costs are normally non-refundable. If part of an order remains unperformed and uncommitted, we may issue a proportional refund or an agreed account credit.
Unavailable or rejected placement
If a confirmed publisher cannot complete the placement and no comparable alternative is accepted, the amount allocated to the undelivered placement will be refunded or credited.
Completed services and 12-month placement protection
A placement is completed when the agreed guest post or link insertion is live, the requested backlink is verified at delivery and the live URL is recorded in the Customer Dashboard order record. Eligible placements are protected for 12 months from delivery against publisher-side removal of the delivered page or backlink, a broken delivered backlink, or a publisher-side technical change that materially invalidates the placement.
Months 1–6: restoration or a comparable replacement is the first remedy. If an eligible issue cannot reasonably be restored or replaced, the affected placement may also be considered for a cash refund under this Policy. Months 7–12: eligible issues remain covered by restoration or replacement, but no standard cash refund is available. After 12 months, the standard protection period ends unless a longer period was confirmed in writing.
Indexing and search-engine results
Search engines independently decide whether and when to crawl, index, rank, deindex or display a page. GP HUBS does not guarantee search-engine indexing, rankings, traffic, Domain Authority, Domain Rating, leads, sales or revenue. If a publisher-side change makes the delivered page technically non-indexable, removes the page, or removes/breaks the backlink during the applicable protection period, the issue may qualify for restoration or replacement. A live, accessible and technically indexable page simply not appearing in a search result is not by itself an automatic refund ground.
Exclusions
Protection may not apply when the issue results from a customer changing, deleting, redirecting or blocking the target URL; unlawful or payment-provider-prohibited content; a legal complaint; non-payment; a customer-requested edit; or another exclusion disclosed in the accepted order.
Requesting a remedy
Email admin@gphubs.com with your name, invoice or transaction reference, affected live URL, reason and supporting information. Approved cash refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. We generally aim to initiate an approved refund within 7–10 business days after the refund decision; the payment provider, bank, card issuer or network controls the additional settlement time.
Payment disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can investigate and apply the appropriate delivery, replacement or refund remedy. We may respond to a PayPal, card or other payment-provider inquiry with relevant order, communication, transaction and delivery records. Our internal six-month cash-refund window does not restrict non-waivable rights under applicable law or separate dispute rights and deadlines provided by PayPal, a card issuer or another payment provider.
