FAQ

Questions about ordering, delivery and publisher workflow.

These answers reflect the GP HUBS dashboard-based order workflow.

How do I place an order?

Browse the Marketplace, choose the General or Special rate, tap Order, then review the item in your campaign cart. At checkout choose Guest Posting or Link Insertion, select the appropriate niche, add the campaign brief, and submit the order for review.

Where do I track my order?

Your Customer Dashboard keeps the campaign brief, order status, private GP HUBS messages, invoice information and delivered live URLs attached to the order. Important delivery or billing messages may also be sent by email.

Can I save websites before ordering?

Yes. Logged-in customers can save Favorites, compare websites and save searches. Saved searches can optionally send an email when a newly published website matches the selected criteria.

Can I avoid ordering the same website twice?

Yes. The Marketplace includes a Hide Previously Purchased option based on completed or paid orders connected to your account.

When do I pay?

Submit the order first. GP HUBS reviews publisher availability, compliance and billing. Approved manual payment instructions are then confirmed for the order reference. Fulfilment begins after cleared payment is verified.

Which payment methods are available?

The public Payment Methods page shows only methods that the administrator has actually configured and approved for use. Temporary manual methods may be replaced by approved business gateways later.

Do I need a customer account?

Marketplace prices can be browsed publicly. A customer account is required to submit and manage an order. Google sign-in may be available when GP HUBS has configured its Google OAuth credentials.

Can publishers see my contact details or client price?

No. Customer and publisher workflows are separated. GP HUBS coordinates fulfilment without intentionally exposing private customer contact details or client-facing pricing to the publisher.

Can I approve the publisher first?

The Marketplace lets you review available website information before you place an order. Availability and final editorial acceptance are still confirmed during order review.

Do you guarantee rankings, indexing or traffic?

No. Search engines and third-party metric providers independently control crawling, indexing, rankings, traffic and metric calculations.

What happens after the live URL is delivered?

The live URL remains attached to the completed order and Placement Library. Qualifying later issues are handled under the applicable written protection, replacement and refund policies.

How does the Publisher workflow work?

Publishers create an account, verify website ownership, submit accurate website and rate information, receive suitable private assignments, publish accepted work, submit the exact live URL and request payout for eligible completed work.

READY TO PLAN A CAMPAIGN?

Compare publishers first. Keep the order connected after.
