This Privacy Policy explains how GP HUBS (“GP HUBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit gphubs.com, create an account, submit a publisher website, request a quote or invoice, place an order, or contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company and country; account and publisher-profile information; campaign instructions, target URLs and anchor guidance; quote, order, invoice, transaction-reference and support information; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and cookie data.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes, orders, invoices, account access and support.
- Review publisher applications and coordinate approved guest-posting, link-insertion and marketplace work.

Independent publishers and service providers
For a marketplace or directly coordinated placement, we may share only the campaign information reasonably needed by the relevant independent publisher or fulfilment partner. Hosting, email, security, analytics, accounting and approved payment providers may process information for us or under their own privacy notices.
Payment providers, including PayPal
If PayPal is offered and you choose it, PayPal processes customer and transaction information under PayPal’s own Privacy Statement. For applicable PayPal services, GP HUBS and PayPal may each act as independent controllers of the personal information each party processes for its own purposes. Privacy rights relating to PayPal’s processing may also be exercised directly with PayPal under its Privacy Statement. PayPal availability on GP HUBS does not imply endorsement, certification or automatic eligibility for a PayPal protection program.
Payment details are provided only through an official invoice, approved checkout or verified business communication. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials, seed phrases or private keys through ordinary website forms.
