Publisher Agreement
Effective date: August 26, 2026
This Publisher Agreement applies when a website owner, authorized representative or publisher (“Publisher”) creates a publisher account, submits a website to the GP HUBS Marketplace, accepts an assignment, or requests payout. GP HUBS is operated by GP HUBS.
Authority and website ownership
You must be authorized to represent every website you submit. Each domain may be required to pass HTML, file or DNS ownership verification. You must not submit a website you do not control or have authority to monetize through this marketplace.
Accurate listing information
You must provide accurate website URLs, niche/category information, publisher rates, delivery estimates and metrics to the best of your knowledge. DA, DR, traffic and similar third-party metrics may change, but deliberately fabricated, manipulated or materially misleading data is not permitted.
Quality and prohibited inventory
Marketplace submissions must satisfy the current quality and verification rules. GP HUBS may reject or remove adult, unlawful, deceptive, copied, malware-infected, infringing, obviously link-farm, knowingly undisclosed PBN, fake-traffic or otherwise unsuitable inventory.
Editorial independence
You retain editorial control over your publication. You may accept, request reasonable changes to, or reject an assignment that does not fit your editorial requirements. Acceptance of an assignment means you intend to complete the agreed placement according to the task details and timing.
Customer privacy and non-circumvention
Publisher assignments are limited to the campaign information needed for fulfilment. You may not misuse customer information, attempt to obtain private payment credentials, or use non-public GP HUBS order information to bypass the platform for the same active assignment. Nothing in this clause prevents ordinary independent business relationships that were not obtained through misuse of GP HUBS confidential information.
Rates, earnings and payout
Your recorded publisher rate is an internal settlement amount. GP HUBS may set a separate customer-facing rate. Approved completed work creates publisher earnings according to the recorded task rate. Current payout calculations may include a disclosed 2.5% marketplace service fee. Payouts may be held for identity, fraud, sanctions, tax, dispute or compliance review.
Delivery evidence and placement protection
When completing an assignment you must submit the live URL and any required completion information. During the applicable placement-protection period, you agree to reasonably assist with an eligible publisher-side removal, broken backlink or technical issue. Depending on the cause, GP HUBS may request restoration or a comparable replacement before another remedy is considered.
Payment-provider and legal compliance
You must not use the GP HUBS Marketplace to facilitate unlawful activity or an activity prohibited by an applicable payment provider. If an activity requires prior approval from a payment provider, GP HUBS may refuse or hold the assignment until the required approval is confirmed.
Account action
GP HUBS may suspend a listing, assignment or publisher account for failed ownership verification, material inaccuracies, fraud, repeated non-delivery, abuse, prohibited content, payment disputes, sanctions concerns or another material breach of this Agreement. Where reasonably possible, completed legitimate earnings remain subject to the applicable payout and dispute review.
Independent relationship
Publishers are independent businesses or contractors and are not employees, agents or legal representatives of GP HUBS. Each party is responsible for its own taxes, licenses and legal obligations.
