These Terms of Service govern digital services supplied by GP HUBS. GP HUBS operates both directly coordinated publisher inventory and a marketplace through which approved independent publishers may list eligible websites. By approving a quote, submitting an order, paying an invoice or using an accepted service, you agree to these Terms and the order-specific written details.
Services and order acceptance
GP HUBS coordinates guest posting, contextual link insertion, niche edits, publisher selection, content support and related digital delivery. A request is not accepted until the relevant publisher or opportunity, scope, price, currency, timing, required customer inputs and payment terms are confirmed through the applicable order flow or in writing.
Direct inventory and Marketplace listings
“GP HUBS Direct Inventory” means placements coordinated directly by GP HUBS; it does not mean GP HUBS owns every listed publisher domain unless ownership is explicitly stated. “Marketplace” listings are submitted by independent publishers. All listings remain subject to verification, editorial suitability, availability and review.
Contracting party and seller of record
For an invoice issued by GP HUBS, the customer purchases the managed digital service from GP HUBS and pays GP HUBS as the contracting service provider and seller of record for that invoice. Independent publishers act as fulfilment providers or contractors and do not receive the customer’s payment credentials. GP HUBS does not hold customer funds in escrow for publishers or operate as a payment processor on their behalf. If a future approved marketplace payment flow changes this structure, the applicable checkout and terms will identify the relevant seller and payment arrangement before payment.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction and, when acting for a company or other organization, authorized to bind or represent that organization for the order.
Customer responsibilities and restricted orders
You must provide accurate contact, billing and campaign information; have authority to promote the submitted destination; and ensure content, claims, products and instructions comply with law, intellectual-property rights, publisher requirements and applicable payment-provider rules. We do not accept adult or sexually explicit campaigns. We may also refuse gambling or betting activity, controlled-drug activity, tobacco or vaping activity, alcohol-related campaigns, counterfeit goods, weapons-related activity, regulated financial or virtual-asset activity requiring approval, deceptive or infringing campaigns, or any other transaction prohibited by law or by the selected payment provider. An activity requiring a payment provider’s prior approval will not knowingly be processed through that provider unless the required approval is in place.
Independent publishers and link attributes
Independent publishers retain editorial control. They may accept, edit, label, delay or reject a request. Requested link attributes and disclosure treatment must be confirmed for the order and remain subject to publisher policy and applicable search-engine or advertising requirements.
Results and third-party metrics
Authority, rating, traffic and similar values are third-party estimates and may change. GP HUBS does not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or another result controlled by a publisher, search engine or other third party.
Delivery, placement protection and refunds
Delivery occurs electronically when the approved live URL and agreed details are recorded in the Customer Dashboard order record; GP HUBS may also send a notification email. Eligible placement failures are handled under the 12-month protection and replacement terms in the Refund Policy. Standard cash-refund review for completed placements is limited to the first six months where the policy otherwise permits a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or separate rights provided by an applicable payment provider.
Payments and PayPal
Available payment methods are displayed only after they are approved and enabled for business use. Where PayPal is used for a commercial GP HUBS service, payment must use an appropriate commercial PayPal flow. GP HUBS does not ask customers to pay for commercial services using PayPal Friends & Family or another personal-transfer method. Because GP HUBS includes a third-party publisher marketplace, PayPal is kept unavailable until GP HUBS has actually obtained the appropriate PayPal marketplace/platform approval for this business model and an administrator records that confirmation.
Payment disputes and records
We may retain and provide relevant invoices, transaction references, order details, publisher records, communications, live URLs and delivery timestamps when responding to a payment-provider inquiry, dispute or chargeback. Eligibility under any payment-provider protection program is determined by that provider under its own rules.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Rights in customer-supplied material remain with the customer or applicable owner. Rights in custom content transfer only to the extent stated in the accepted order after full payment. Each party should protect non-public campaign and business information using reasonable care.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid to GP HUBS for that affected service. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses or for systems and decisions controlled by publishers, search engines, banks or payment providers.
