Payment Terms

How invoices, approved payment methods, refunds, publisher earnings and payout review work on GP HUBS.

Important: GP HUBS sells and coordinates digital marketing services. GP HUBS does not offer banking, escrow, stored-value or money-transmission services. Customer payments are accepted only for confirmed GP HUBS orders through an enabled business payment method.

Seller of record and publisher settlements

For invoices issued by GP HUBS, GP HUBS is the contracting service provider and seller of record. Customer funds are payment for the GP HUBS managed service, not funds held in escrow or collected by GP HUBS as a payment processor for a publisher. Publisher earnings are separate contractual settlements owed by GP HUBS for approved completed assignments.

Order confirmation and invoices

  • The service scope, publisher or placement, customer-facing price, currency, required customer inputs and estimated delivery timing are confirmed before payment.
  • Invoices and payment requests should identify the purchased service and the applicable order or invoice reference.
  • Submitting an order request does not itself charge the customer. Payment instructions are provided only after order review and confirmation.

PayPal and other payment methods

  • PayPal is not shown or accepted until GP HUBS has actually obtained the appropriate business and marketplace/platform approval for the GP HUBS model and an administrator records that confirmation.
  • Commercial GP HUBS services are never intentionally requested through PayPal Friends & Family or another personal-transfer method.
  • Activities prohibited by a payment provider will not knowingly be processed through that provider; activities requiring prior provider approval are processed only after the required approval is in place.
  • Other payment methods are shown only after they are verified and enabled for business use.

Publisher earnings and payouts

  • Publisher earnings are separate contractual amounts owed for approved completed Marketplace assignments and do not give a publisher access to customer payment credentials.
  • Approved delivery creates publisher earnings from the recorded publisher task rate. A 2.5% marketplace service fee is deducted at payout, and the publisher receives the remaining 97.5%.
  • Payout requests require accurate payout details and may be held for identity, fraud, dispute, tax, sanctions or compliance review.

Refunds and payment disputes

  • Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy, including the 12-month placement-protection period and six-month standard cash-refund review window for completed placements.
  • Payment-provider dispute rights, timeframes and protection eligibility are determined separately by the applicable provider and are not waived by these internal terms.
